Not sure if this is what your looking for but the top driver is Windows 8 64 bit.

Re: HTWingNut's Sager NP6110 / Clevo W110ER First Look & Review
[QUOTE=HTWingNut;8565463]First of all, just wondering why xoticpc. Nothing wrong with them, but give lpc-digital a try. They seem to offer best pricing.
1. If your gaming requires a quad core, yes, Ivy Bridge is the way to go. User R3d bought one with a Sandy Bridge i5 and it still runs as hot as the Ivy Bridge quad though.
2. Take your pick of coolers. There were several mentioned earlier in this thread or the Clevo W110ER thread. I tried the Notepal U2 which I already owned, and to be honest, it didn't help much more than just propping up the back end of the notebook. I think if you were able to open up the bottom of the notebook a little for some airflow, it might help. But the U2 has two fans that you can adjust in any location.
3. It will be WORLD's faster than the Vostro 1320. It will be like going from a Ford Focus to a Ferrari. The CPU will be at least twice as fast, and the GPU, well, let's just say it's 1080p high detail capable on most games. Heck the integrated HD 4000 is twice as fast as the 9300m in the Vostro 1320
wow thx im cheking lpcdigital right now, as i told u i dont even know if i need the quad but, if its the same heat with both of them i might go with the ivy bridge, hopefully they will release a fix on bios, will check the Notepal U2 and Cant wait to get my hands in this little beauty gonna purchase tomorrow.

Re: HTWingNut's Sager NP6110 / Clevo W110ER First Look & Review
Damn i just read the last 17 inches samsung laptop review on notebookcheck.com. It has core i7 3610qm on board and GDDR3 650MGT and this thing can idle at 9W. While my Clevo W170ER hardly idles at 20W with minimum brightness...Power consumption varies a lot from one manufacturer to another on exact same chipset...I'm sure even ur 11,6" W110ER does not idle that low.
Ideapad Z500 // Core i3 2348M (2,3 ghz) // 635M GT (630M GT) // 4 Go 1333 // W8
Mat 768p screen, alu finish and backlit keyboard. That's why.

Re: HTWingNut's Sager NP6110 / Clevo W110ER First Look & Review
I know it *should* be able to idle at about 10W. The funny thing is the 17" screen draws more power, and the fan never moves on the W110ER. Mine idles on average 14W. So there is room for improvement.

Go METRO, lol.
No, the concentration on Windows 8 was with the Metro UI for use with touch screen devices. However, there are supposedly some pretty marked improvements with optimization with common hardware like AMD and Intel CPU's and GPU's. But we will see. What I have seen of Win8 I'm not real thrilled with it. Start menu takes you to the Metro UI even on a mouse/keyboard environment which I find is awkward and stupid.
