The battery life estimate on xotic is 2-3 hours, which seems quite low. However, the $100 670m->675m upgrade looks solid and overall this laptop seems great
Now just got to wait for Ivy Bridge.

That $100 upgrade to the 675 is tempting, but it's seriously on the border of my budget then. Are there any comparisons between the 580 and 570 (because the 670 and 675 are straight rebrands) out there?

Definitely worth the upgrade, the 675m is stated to be 4-5% performance increase over 580m.
Although if you can't afford it I heard the 570m can over clock very well, and the 670m is already bumped up some.a
