The 675m is just a 580m rebadge. So the 7970m should be decently more powerful.

For people owing the earlier X7200 did it have the color gamut screen option. I would like to know the difference between the plain led and the 95% color gamut. Also can someone enlighten me about why we have 72% for the matte finish screen and why not 95%. Is there going to be a 95% or is it technically impossible.?I was looking at xoticpc and their choices that are available.

I have the p150hm with the 95% matte screen and would not going back to the regular ones. it's a much better screen not just color but much better contrast too. I think they stop making the 90% matte for the 17" if I remember correctly.

There are 3 Screens that fit the 17" (Well 4 if you count the 3D one)

- Standard: 60% Gamut Glossy
- Matte: 72% Matte
- High Gamut Glossy: 90% Gamut Glossy
- 3D: 72% Gamut Matte 120Hz
