Re: **Official Sager NP9270 / Clevo P270WM Owners Lounge**
Don't bother. Eurocom is just a reseller (even though they call themselves a "manufacturer"), they don't make chassis or mobo's and as such only build and sell Clevo barebones. There's no quad GPU laptop on the planet. The 3 top machines are the P180H, AW M18x and P270WM (the only one with a desktop CPU).
Back to square one....

Re: **Official Sager NP9270 / Clevo P270WM Owners Lounge**
Can you imagine the size of the chassis needed to be able to get 4x video cards inside? Not only that, as someone else mentioned, the heat would be so extreme and unbearable.
Why would anyone even need something like that? There isn't an application or game that would ever need it. Total waste of money if it were real.Alienware M18x-R2 | 18.4 inch (467.36 mm) WLED WideFHD (1080p) display (1920 X 1080) | Intel Core i7-3820QM | 16GB DDR3 at 1600MHz | Dual 2GB GDDR5 NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 675M - SLI® Enabled

Re: **Official Sager NP9270 / Clevo P270WM Owners Lounge**
Yeah this is utterly stupid... An SLI GTX 675m will handle ANY game on Ultra and at 1500p NO PROBLEM. Even BF3 and Skyrim. And if you wait I'm sure the GTX 680m or 690m or 685m will be at least a 30% jump over the 675m.... If you want SLI-D you get a desktop; or one of the LAN box desktops that you can transport. Because that laptop would have to be liquid cooled like crazy and it would be very sketchy.

Ok so here is the deal, Once my order ships from eurocom, Ill study the PSU for some time and mean while see what the Manufacturers are able to do about it. Some even told me that they will be sending me a prototype, so what ill do is Ill be performing an extensive test on the prototype with Sli enabled and make laptop use its maximum energy, even let it run on its on own speakers. Once that all goes successfully as planned Ill make a poll at NBR and where ever possible to get people and see how many people need it and make order according to it.

That's more like it, make sure the plug is interchangeable since IIRC the X7200 and P270WM doesn't share the same sockets on the back.
