A forum like NotebookReview thrives because of our users. Indeed, NBR is in a class by itself because of all of you! This site has attracted many devotees who chose to spend their time and effort creating some truly amazing content. TechTarget/TechnologyGuide is incredibly thankful for the work you've all done and we’d like to recognize and thank you for your work in a manner beyond just words. Towards this end, we are kicking off the first NBR Amazing Content Contest!
The NBR Moderation Team scoured the forums looking for the best examples of amazing content that users have posted. From Guides, to Reviews, to DIY and how-to threads, to Lounges, they poured through hundreds of thousands of threads on NBR to find the best of the best. 18 Amazing threads!
And here's the best part - you can help us chose a winner from the 18 nominees. Simply click through the threads below to review them, then select your favorite in the poll. "Your favorite" can mean the one you found most informative, most interesting, most helpful....You decide!
Three $100 gift certificates will be given to the winners as selected by the Members of NBR Forums, The NBR Moderation, and The TechnologyGuide Team. In addition, all voters will be entered into a random drawing for a $25 gift certificate.
February 10th addendum - There will be a $50 gift certificate given to the OP of the thread that comes in second in the member voting! So rally your supporters and storm the voting booth!

Surprised that the ASUS U24E Review and Owners Lounge didn't make it. It has got to be one of the most detailed system descriptions I have ever seen in an owners' lounge.
Any chance of swapping the *HP EliteBook 2530p Owners Lounge* with DIY: Adding SSD or HDD storage using an optical bay caddy
? The latter being applicable to a larger portion of the NBR community whose systems have an optical drive. I guess voters that agree can just vote for the 2530P thread on behalf of the optical bay caddy thread.
