XoticPC Order Processing Time

Hello,
I'm just wondering, can anyone comment on the swiftness of XoticPC's Order Confirmation stage? I've been stuck in "Phase 1 (Order Confirmation)" for 2 and 1/2 days and since I payed with a credit card shouldn't it be instant? I'm just concerned I messed up somewhere in the order and it has delayed the system? Or is this typical?

It's typical. It can take up to 7 days to complete but (at least I'm my case it got to 4 and it went to stage 2)

Are their livechat ever open? It says its open 7 days a week, but haven't been able to get in touch with them at multiple instances on different days

Yeah, I think their website says it can take up to 48 hours for processing but I suppose it can take a little longer as well. It's definitely typical and I wouldn't worry yet.

Order processing usually takes 1-2 business days. Do keep in mind Saturday and Sundays are not business days we're out of office then.

Our live chat is 7 days a week. M-F we're in there from 9-5:30, weekend hours can vary depending on the availability our guys to get in there. You can usually get thorugh from 12-4/6 on the weekend but that does vary.

Thank you guys, I just get paranoid about messing up a big order like this. Hopefully I get that conformation email later today, just because school is starting soon and I'd love to have it to start with.
