My experience with Mythlogic - P170EM
I just placed an order for a P170EM laptop with the following configuration:
MYTHLOGIC Nyx 1712 Chassis (Clevo P170EM) with backlit keyboard
17.3" Full HD (1920x1080) Glossy LED Backlit LCD
AMD 7970M 2048MB GDDR5 DX11 Video Card
Intel Core i7-3720QM 2.6GHz, 6M L3 Cache, 22nm, DDR3-1600MHz, Quad-Core Mobile Processor
Free IC Diamond Thermal Compound
8GB (2 x 4GB) , PC3-12800, 1600MHz SODIMM (Samsung)
6X BD-ROM/5X DVD-RAM Blu-Ray Combo Drive
Crucial 128GB M4 Series SATA III 6GB/sec Solid State Drive
750GB 7200 16MB Cache SATA Notebook Hard Drive
Intel Centrino Ultimate-N 6300 3*3 802.11 a/g/n 450MB Total Bandwidth
Lifetime Labor + 1 Year Parts Warranty, 45 Day 2-Way Shipping Cont US
Mythlogic's customer support is high-quality as advertised. Their representatives respond to emails in a very timely manner and are polite and informative. The "send to sales" function on their website makes it easy to submit your configuration and ask detailed questions in a streamlined manner. They were even willing to update the price of a component on their system configurator upon being notified that the Newegg price had been substantially reduced.
*Update 5/23/2012: I received a phone call a couple days ago from Mythlogic telling me that my order has been updated to "Summoning" (hah) phase. This means they are only awaiting the 7970M and they will start building the computer. I have heard rumblings of delays and faulty 7970 cards amongst the Sager reseller customers, but have not heard anything about it from Mythlogic.Last edited by beccarte; 23rd May 2012 at 10:24 PM.

Re: My experience with Mythlogic - P170EM
I'm starting to lean more and more towards Mythlogic for when I order my 15.6". Been hearing tons of good things about them lately in terms of quality and customer service.
Looks like a really nice system you're getting there.

Re: My experience with Mythlogic - P170EM
Mythlogic and Xotic are the only two resellers that I had a positive experience with while gathering info/discussing buying my NP9150.
I ended up going with Xotic due to it being cheaper, however the customer service of Mythlogic and Xotic were both top notch to me. These are the only two I will consider buying from again

I haven't because I opted for the AMD 7970M graphics card, which is not scheduled to be received by Mythlogic until mid-May. I'm eagerly waiting for their email telling me that they have received the graphics card and are building my sytem.
