Also, has anyone contacted them after the first month or so for their warranty and how was the experience?
I actually asked the same thing when I placed my order, and also checked here and there, I found one person that reported having 1 death pixel (0 bright) on his screen, only him so far.

Nevertheless, I ordered my computer from MALIBAL with a GRADE A 45 day Perfect panel guaranty for +75 USD just because I simply cannot stand a single death/stuck/bright pixel on my screen, I had one a long time ago at the very corner of my screen and I keep looking at it all the time, so I ended up with a hell of a headache.

From that day I always run tests on all my screens with the full screen Solid Colors method: BLUE-RED-GREEN-WHITE and BLACK.

I will get my P170HM SATORI next Thursday and I will make a full review on the screen including pixel quality, viewing angles and response, =) hope that works for you.

Yeah, I've been eyeing the satori, too. Sounds like its worth it, the only thing I'd miss is my accidental damage drop it in a bowl of water and throw it out a third story window and well still replace it warranty.

I ordered the Satori P170HM on Sept 30. On Oct 4, I got my tracking number and HOPEFULLY before Friday, I'll get my package.... or else I'll probably have to wait till the 11th.

It's getting shipped to Canada so hopefully customs doesn't open it up and play with it ><

I looked around 6 different companies before picking Malibal. I'll write up a review of it and the comp once I get it.

I just ordered my first clevo/sager from Malibal and so far I've been impressed with the speed of replies to e-mails and PMs. My Satori was ordered pretty stock except for the 6990M upgrade, so hopefully there aren't any delays and it gets out the door quickly! wink, wink

I plan on applying IC7 myself, dropping a SSD in right away then possibly a screen upgrade in the future, depending if more 120hz options pop up or get the AU Optronics matte.

I'll update once I receive it with (hopefully) a favorable ending.

I'd like to add that I've been extremely impressed by all the resellers here on the forums, I don't think you could go wrong with any of them.

    ** update **

order was placed on 10/6, payment confirmed and processed on 10/7. Shipment confirmation on 10/14, so 5 business days. UPS tracking shows pretty quick delivery, leaving on Friday and arriving on Tuesday..... One more day to wait

It doesn't come with that for free, there was a promotion they were running that offered up a free upgrade. Now, its $125 off any config $1500+ so basically about the same thing.

Hopefully someone from Malibal sees this. I didn't have the best customer service experience just now, so I'd just like to know some things. I've sent a PM with details to the main account, but I think there was a second as well. Either way, please get back to me.
