Not necessarily. You can buy implants and Botox to make someone pretty, but you "can't fix stupid" (Ron White). Many "pretty" girls (here in SC, that means blonde, spray tan, and act like 14-year-olds) aren't the brightest in my experience, relying on their looks to advance in life. In contrast, "ugly" girls (and guys, too) have to work hard for what they earn.
