    Have you run across someone trying to sell an old computer at a ridiculous price? I find this regularly on my local Craigslist, and am always tempted to contact the seller to explain to them why their item is never going to sell. But that is of course a huge waste of time, so I thought I'd start this thread (which is clearly a wise investment of my time).

    I remember there were some HDMI cables on Amazon for few thousand $.
    ASUS M60J: 16" 1366*768, Intel i7 720QM 1.6GHz, 4GB DDR3 1066MHz RAM, nVidia GeForce 240M 1GB VRAM, 2xSeagate Momentus 500GB 5400RPM and some other less important hardware + Windows 7 Home Premium x64

    And I found someone selling an used 5 year old ThinkPad T61 for £900+ on eBay at one time despite the going prices are less than £150...

    I saw a Touchsmart TX2 (3 years old AMD POS) on kijiji a couple weeks ago for 900$. funny thing is I own the exact same unit and I paid 950$ brand new a couple years ago.
