    LOLOLOLOL!
They are stupid and it is their fault that their products are overpriced and really crappy compared to other competitors at the price tag. Other retailers are force to see their crap cheaper these days because no one wants them. Their entire argument is also completely wrong too. "Internet Piracy" is tied digital media, not physical items (that is counterfeiting).

"Their" as in Monster Cable and the likes? It's PIPA that they are advocating.
Or are you referring to the last paragraph in the article? The author said "piracy" when it should be IP.

Yeah I was referring to the last paragraph and yeah I was also referring to Monster as well. My point still stands that their reason for PIPA is absolutely not how PIPA works.

This is one reason why I've never even looked at Monster Cable and buy sanely-priced goods from MonoPrice.

As long as the senators don't think that it's acceptable to pass PIPA since it has gotten less attention we should be fine.

Just an update for those following this issue:

The federal government here in the U.S. just shut down megaupload.com, a file-sharing website... Looks like they don't need SOPA to shut down websites after all. This is outrageous! US government hits Megaupload with mega piracy indictment | Technology | guardian.co.uk

Arrgh...Monster Cable = Sound King at pennys on the Monster dollar. NO ONE NEEDS TO PAY big bucks for cables.....IMO.

BTW, RG6 cable from Home Depot(or anywhere) is just as good as any specialty digital audio cable. It does require some homemade effort though....
