Well I looked around for a Toyota Corolla, but it's pretty dull. My heart says go for a VW Golf still (probably the previous model to the one I had which is called the Rabbit in the US) but my head said I should go look for a 7-9 year old Honda Civic (EP) like this one - something a bit low key and reliable.

I hope it get settled quickly, I don't fancy the 2011 Golf back should it get "stolen recovered" which will wipe any good value of the car and be harder to sell. Should the insurance payout I still have GAP insurance to cover the shortfall of depreciation to get all my outlay back but I'll shy away from shiny new cars for the moment.

R.I.P Golfie - Probably being dismantled for money now.
