Don't want to use a 3rd party BIOS just to get by BIOS whitelist...I think that's a poor excuse just to get a different generation WLAN to work. Plus I used a 3945ABG for 4.5 years in my Vostro 1500...it was solid, only upgraded to 4965 AGN to get draft N.
