Non-Rap, Bass-Heavy Music?
Trying to look for more bass-heavy music to listen to. I'm not a big fan of rap, so I'm looking for techno and/or dubstep songs. Anything that really shakes speakers, like "Red Alert" by Chrispy:

Any suggestions?

This song is one of my favorite testing songs. Basstronics - Bass I Love You
It goes very low frequency, like down into 10hz.!

Re: Non-Rap, Bass-Heavy Music?
Check out some Drum 'n Bass, aka DnB. The name should speak for itself.

Pendulum and The Prodigy are some good places to start. A few songs to start you off:
"Smack My B***h Up", "Firestarter" and "Diesel Power" by The Prodigy
"Return To Jedda" and "DJ Do Me A Favor" by Aphrodite
"The Island" (parts 1 and 2, they flow together into one song) and "Set Me On Fire" (kinda blurs the line between DnB and dubstep) by Pendulum
"Bass Head" by Bassnectar
Outside of the electronic genres, check out "Garden Grove" and "Doin' Time" by Sublime, they've got some pretty heavy bass lines.

Re: Non-Rap, Bass-Heavy Music?
While I'm not a huge fan of bass, I do find that some techno tracks sound pretty good and can be bass heavy. Just as long as it isn't any of that god-awful dubstep that seems to be popular these days. Savior by VNV Nation is one of my favorites. There's also Blitz by Tantra. That's another good track.
