    Non salted peanuts and natural almonds. They help with my tobacco cravings that seem to be never going away (been 5-6 months!).

    OMG you quit smoking????!!! That's wonderful voodooi!!!!! Advice about the cravings. I read somewhere that you have to let go of it, stop thinking of it as a former pleasure, and see it as something disgusting and repulsive that was killing you.

    Nope just the meat with vinegar and old bay. Some of my family eat the mustard but im not a fan.

    i don't know why but i just can't get myself to eat a shrimp cocktail. doesn't do anything for my taste buds lol.
