Two nights in Las Vegas offered some good eats. First night large cut prime rib rare, cajun and creamy horseradish, baked potato, artichoke app, sauted mushrooms on the side etc.

Also had the buffet at the Aria hotel. It was comped with the room and it's considered in the top five buffets on LV. Good not great. The goose and goose pate was the most interesting thing on the menu. Crab legs, good selection of salads and greens.
