Overall, I would rate them IHOP > Applebee's > Chili's > Denny's, in terms of quality. There's also the fact that Applebee's and Chili's both have full bars, while the other two do not serve any alcohol at all.

It is very very good. Their burgers are da bomb (and also their Onion Ring Tree)...along with their rootbeer floats:

About an hour ago I really wanted a club sandwich ... walked up to the local restaurant and got one. It's very satisfying when you can actually get the food you're craving.
