    Not always the case. In fact, to date, my only complete about my Vaio is the stupid shipping process. Sony's contract with FedEX was ridiculous. They have to get three failed delivery attempts before you can do anything, they will not hold or transfer the package (despite having a routing center five minutes away, it was getting delivered each day from one 45 minutes away). I finally bit the bullet and signed away liability to let them leave it on the doorstep.

    I recommend you to get a screen protector for it aswell, xperia screens are not that durable. My x10 got a few scratches from normal usage the day after I bought it. I bought cheap psp screen protectors to protect it, works great.

    No need to; unlike the X10, the arc has an anti-scratch display, like the GS2 with the Gorilla Glass.
