    Default Sad Music

We all have different music taste; everyone likes their own thing. But no matter what your taste, for everyone, even the big hairy man bears of Notebookreview, there is a song out there that makes you feel so sad you feel like shedding a tear. So, link the best/saddest sad song you know.

    I actually have two:

Mine is Trentemoller - Miss you
YouTube - Trentemoller - Miss You

    Coldplay - Easy to please

Must have listened to both about a 100 times by now

Anything in the key of minor. I have not found any songs in the key of major that is "sad" to me (that's very difficult to do).

    This.

Technically, the "saddest" key of all is supposed to be D Minor, but I don't find it sad?...it just seems a little overdramatic...

You mean D Dorian? I find that dramatic rather than sad. I've never heard of key signatures being a factor in shaping emotions because no matter what you transpose it to, it's still the samething.

lol, when i hear a sad song I just club a baby seal and feel better. j/k

I actually have a very odd choice for a sad song. For those without a wide acceptance to different music or already like this kind of music you would be like wth how is this sad???

But read the lyrics as the song plays, I always found "hardcore" music to contain more emotion than any other kind of music because there is so much energy in it.
