Happy Thanksgiving all! Some pics I took at work.

Art? or just way out of focus.....I like it.

The first one well lit but way out of focus... or rather camera shake - the second too dark.

Artful blurring is something different - at least to me.

I haven't heard of any. I know the D90 new has an instant $100 rebate till December something, plus there's that Sigma deal. Even if there's a BF deal, it's probably going to be just a few units and unless I'm the first couple of guys in the queue, I'm not going to make it.

That said, I'm going to wake up early tomorrow morning and hang around Amazon.com. Last year I made a failed attempt at getting a PS3 at B&M stores, came home dejected, and happened to see Amazon release its PS3 deal. I got the unit in hand the next day, twas a good Thanksgiving

This year I'll wait for accessories for the camera, I think those have a much higher chance of getting discounted. I now need a bag, and more SDHC cards.

Edit: Looks like Microcenter has a $100 discount for the T2i.

Edit: Bestbuy has deals on T2i and D90.

I've tried TMAX 400 before, and I didn't like it as much as Tri-X 400. Yes, the grain was better, but the contrast wasn't as good. In particular, it was way to easy to lose shadow detail with TMAX. I haven't tried TMAX 100 yet, but I figured I'd be "safer" with Plus-X 125 first.
