my favorite variation of bal law bao is bal law yau ( bal law boa with a slick of butter)

Just to do a quick translation for the non-HKers on the forum, "Bal law bao" is pineapple bread, though it tastes nothing like pineapple.
Dan tat is egg tart. I guess you could say it's a sweet quiche.
