    Bunch of party food for the Super Bowl today, mostly Digiorno's pizzas, mozzarella sticks, chips & dip, stuff like that.

    My last major purchase was on Friday, a bunch of cymbals for my drum set, including Zildjian ZHT series (14" hi-hats, 16" Rock crash, 18" Rock crash, 18" Medium Thin crash, 20" Rock ride, 10" splash), and an 18" Han Chi china trash cymbal, in addition to a couple extra cymbal stands to hold all this stuff, and the usual 5 pairs of sticks that I'll probably burn through in a week.

    The black tape on the heads is to reduce resonance, as they're pretty cheap 2-ply heads and they really don't sound good when they ring, and it gives the snare a bit more of a crisp snap, not so metallic.

    OMG FREAKING AWESOME! too bad it's a tad bit expensive for me (+1000USD just for that awesomeness is a little too much ). i heard the i7-920QM has had power issues on this model (if u ordered it???, but those SSD look sweet. congrats!.
