This is the most preposterous transaction I've ever experienced. I allowed buyer to pay in installments over the course of two weeks and because I don't get back to him immediately with the shipping cost this person is now demanding a refund?!

You agreed about the installments. But you said like a week ago that you would send the the shippping quote. I don't think that I'm being impatient I paid the whole amount in the exact time. You rarely answer my questions. How is it possible for someone to take 1 week to research about the shipping fees? Come on I'm not kidding. This transaction always seemed cheesy because you take like 5 days to answer a minimal question.
