OCZ drives are available even less than $1/GB. I got one for my friend for $89/120GB.

Personally I'd go with either the Patriot or Kingston since OCZ has poor reliability and I've never heard of the other companies before.

You're better off creating a "versus" thread in the SSD NBR forum section to get a variety of opinions.

I searched a lot on this & learned that Intel/Samsung 830 & Crucial are the most reliable drive. Don't go with cheaper one, go with reliable one.

Not everyone can afford those brands, though.

Some of the Intel and Samsung SSD's for example are 50-75% more expensive.

I think Patriot and Kingston are good brands for the price-point.

    You are right.

Newegg USA has good deal for Samsung 830 128GB for $135. Newegg.ca should have same deal.

    Just checked - that's a negative.

Unfortunately Newegg does that alot with Canadians.

Just a few months ago for example they had these really good pair of headphones for an insanely low price available on the .com site, but when you go to the .ca site, it's out of stock - shipping facility for both .com and .ca was in New Jersey Little things like that made me lose some respect for the company. Spiking up prices on certain items by up to 20%~ even though our dollar is 1%~ difference from the USD is another issue I have with newegg too.

Great price in the US for that the 830, though (sorry about the newegg rant, just need to get it out lol)
