    Ridiculously low price at $200 for the 256gb Crucial M4 at Amazon and newegg. This price was just in effect less than an hour ago:

    Looks like they dumped their remaining stock to tiger direct since a few days ago they were being sold and shipped from amazon but now sold and shipped via tiger. Either way good for buyers.

    At that price, it's a "don't think, just click" buy.

    I don't have an immediate need for that SSD, and I'm currently unemployed. But dammit.

    Luckily I was good with managing my money so it's not like it's a case of SSD or rent (or food), haha.

    Down to 199 on Newegg. Anyone know why the 7mm size isnt rarely discounted.

    The 7mm is still a fair bit newer, probably the reason it isnt seeing heavy discounts yet.

    Newegg also has the transfer kit version of the 256Gb (CT256M4SSD2CCA) for 220$~ from ~255$ with promo code CRUSSD54.

    I wish they were this cheap in EU.

    That's my preferred drive at my goal price...just too soon. Now I'll be stuck waiting until they match or beat this price later since there's no way I'd pay over $199 for it now!

    Prices keep fluctuation on Amazon - $199 last night, $229 this morning when i checked, back to $199 an hour later, i went to the bank deposited cash and now it's $229 again. We'll see if it goes back to 199, then i'll grab one for sure.
