Let me guess. They added the "for Macs" into the product name and doubled the price? Just get your own enclosure, your own hard drive, put the two together, and probably have a longer warranty for less money too.
If you want 2TB of portable storage maybe I can see the point -- with a quick search I don't see any 2.5" 2TB drives.
