HP Pavilion dm3t Review Discussion
The HP Pavilion dm3t has been on the market for a while now, but it has quickly become HP's most popular 13-inch laptop competing against more expensive notebooks like the 13-inch Apple MacBook. Is this laptop with a Core i3 processor and Intel integrated graphics a good purchase?

Re: HP Pavilion dm3t Review Discussion
Didn't HP used to offer this with nVidia GeForce G310 graphics? It is a bit of a shame that it got removed, kind of like the Radiance displays on the ENVYs.
Still though, the dm3 is still a great laptop. I've tried one out at my local Fry's and it is a great portable size.

Re: HP Pavilion dm3t Review Discussion
Can anyone finally tell me if there is some kind of update schedule for HP's long-time series like dm3, tm2, dm1?
I mean, look. Notebookreview posts dm3 review in March. Laptop magazine posts it in November.
I'm not blaiming the author here, I just ran into the same thing with russian reviews of Touchsmart tm2. One magazine has published a review in August, the other - just this week.
Actually, I am waiting for an AMD Fusion-based Touchsmart or dm3 with a dedicated card. Is there a fixed schedule? Can these updates come soon, or I'll have to choose dm1z?

Re: HP Pavilion dm3t Review Discussion
How this competes with any of the Apple laptops, beyond the price-point is hard to see. But then again, the only HPs I've found good enough to be somewhat in the league are the Envy series. And that just "somewhat".
Other people obviously think different.

If you're looking for an extremely timely review, be sure to keep your eyes on the site tomorrow morning.
That's all I can say.

Re: HP Pavilion dm3t Review Discussion
Let's not put any pressure on the man =) I do wonder, which of my long-time wishes came true - an AMD Fusion-based Touchsmart or an AMD Fusion-based 13-incher from HP with a dedicated card. I was dreaming about both since the day dm1z was first reviewed.
But HP's schedule and SKUs names are really a mess...
BTW, when does the "tomorrow morning" comes for this site? I am from Russia, so it's a different hemisphere. In how may hours will it be 8 in the morning on the 8th of March for you, guys? About 20 hours?
