    Mobius 1 - What internet speeds are you paying for? You could be paying for 50KB/s speeds. This is what happened to me when my father tried to switch to another cable service bundle to save $20 a month and the internet speeds were similar to yours; so we had to pay $20 more to increase the internet speed back to the way it was before. So, we ended up paying the same amount of money as the previous bundle.

    I have 20 Mbps down and 1.5 Mbps up by the way.

    Don't be a . That's exactly what he said, and even at 400 kbps that would be a slow DSL connection.
