Track web traffic with wireless router
I have neighbors connecting to my wireless router. Is there any way that I can log the websites they view? Do I need a packet sniffer for this, or is there an easier way to just log the data?

Re: Track web traffic with wireless router
Is there a particular reason you want to know where they're going? Why not just setup security to stop them from using your net?

Re: Track web traffic with wireless router
My Netgear router has a page where you can log web sites. I think its better if you set a password on your wireless.

Re: Track web traffic with wireless router
The logging would be mostly for my kids. I just want to know what other people are using my connection for before I put my WPA2 password back on.
I have a D-Link DIR-625 router. The built in system log doesn't really show what I'm looking for. Only:

Re: Track web traffic with wireless router
Wireshark is the best packet sniffer and free.
Why don't you just secure the network and avoid them using it all together?Dell E1405 | Core Duo 2 Merom T7200 | 2GB DDR2 | Intel 945GM | 120GB HD | 14.1 in. WXGA+ Truelife | Vista Ultimate x64
