I can't because of warranty sticker. Amazon will make full refund, they will not make replace, and it can take up to 30 days.. How can I explain (show proof) to amazon that i have bad memory?

Warranty sticker? I don't remember there being a warranty sticker.

In any case, try contacting to a rep and showing them the screenshot.

Also, if you can only get a refund, try doing that and maybe looking at an equivalent product from one of the resellers. (GenTechPC is a favorite). If Amazon won't help you with a bad product, one of the resellers would be willing to help you out.

Yes, laptop from Amazon have white warranty sticker. Well, good news! I contacted to Amazon support and they will make replace but currently this model out of stock, so i need to wait.

I must return my broken laptop to amazon, but I can't return system to manufacturer look because I formated and recreated the partitions on hard drive. It will be problem? (OS and drivers are installed)

OK so it seems that one of my RAM sticks is faulty. I'm currently living in Korea and its WAY too much of a mission to talk to the internet seller (no Englishee) so I'm just gonna buy a new stick. Not that expensive anyway. The Korean sites all ask me to choose if I want RAM that is 30nm or 40nm.... What do I pick?

    it shouldn't matter.
Guess try 30nm if the price is the same

If that means the manufacturing process, then the 30nm one will generate less heat and consume less power while giving the same performance.

I just received my ge70 from bhphotovideo.com. everything is good except my audio jacks are not gold plated!! The jacks just are black in colour.did a search but seem that nobody face the same problem. This is an international order so it may not make sense to send it back to bhphoto. Does the gold jack really matters for the sound quality? Will this be covered under warranty? If it does probably I can bring it to my local agent to take a look

It really doesn't matter. Just a gimmick, same as the gold-plated USB plugs on gaming mice.

I guess you are right. Just sore that I am one of the few unlucky ones who got this problem
