After that, now instead of the profile missing error, the mouse cursor just goes to busy mode and nothing happens. If I run SCM from the search results, it gives a new popup message.

The data from the windows error is here: ERROR! Not sure if you can use it or not.

I have a feeling the problem is not necessarily with your program, considering how the error changed after reinstalled SCM. Maybe I need to wipe the registry of that program and start over.
Hmm possibly however mechrock said he had the same issue so I think there must be an issue in my program somewhere. That new error message is pointing me towards a different part of the code than before so it might help fix it; I should have a possible fix up soon.
Current: MSI GX640-098US, i5 430M OC to 3.0 GHz using SetFSB, ATI Mobility Radeon 5850 OC to 750/1000@1.06 using ATI Tray Tools

Very cool, I edited that post again, I feel bad just spamming this thread...

For the time being, I made a script to run the batch file without a window popping up, and it works perfectly after reboots.

    Edit:

Tried making a batch file to run the exe to see if that worked. I started with a simple start command which worked at first, after reboot the batch file wouldn't run either.

I put a pause on the batch file to see what was going on, and for some reason it was changing to a new root directory after reboot C:\Windows\syswow64, which makes me think that is why your program can't find the profiles, it doesn't know where it is rooted.

I have tried a couple other programs like GPU-Z and HWmonitor and they both launch after reboots.

Here is the batch file I came up with to fix it for now:

Nice detective work! I just had a look in the dump files you uploaded and they confirm what you found. It seems it's crashing because it tries to write the log to 'C:\Windows\SysWOW64\log.log' however it can't because access is denied.

The following fix should stop that from happening:
    MSI_P1KeyFanToggle_1.0.3_By_Pherein.rar

However, if you have time could you also run the following version:
    MSI_P1KeyFanToggle_1.0.4_By_Pherein.rar

It has an alternative fix that should set the current directory to the correct folder, however I'm not sure if it will work or not.

If neither fix works then it seems I'm just not quite with it today...

Thanks for all your work! Both new versions work properly after rebooting! I'm going to use 1.0.4 because it is the bigger number.

    Just a quick update:
-Added an application which can edit and create the RW-Everything scripts without Excel
-Added an application to automate applying the scripts
-Updated the toggle application to have a better settings UI on first run

I thought it glitched with anything less then 31%. How did you make it work?

I just set it, it may be because the idle consumption of sandy bridge is lower it can idle and be vitually silent. Every so often the fan comes on so I guess with a more hungry CPU at idle it would struggle to keep off.
