So yeah I made up my minds, when I'm gonna get out of university (hopefully 4 years from now), I get this sexy baby:

    *But in white
That's exactly what I thought 7 years ago as a freshie, and I still don't have an STi now. I like it, and I'd like one, but I just haven't been able to bring myself to throw down the money for it.

Hehe, yeah if I were you I'd go for it. Plus the Subaru are much cheaper in the US..
But I will buy it used, Subaru are super reliable, I just need to find one that hasn't been beaten up by a hard driver!

It's had an extensive makeover already, and I'm only halfway done with it. At work right now, so no pictures, but I'll be happy to post later if there's interest.

Since my truck is still fairly new, (under 25,000 miles still) I figure I'll keep it for awhile. The idea of not having a vehicle payment soon is pretty appealing, and overall I've been incredibly happy with the ride quality, features, capabilities, and even MPG. I do quite like the Chevy Avalanche, and LOVE the Ford Raptor SVT if I were looking to swap out for anything else though.

I didn't post my friends next purchase, but hes getting a SRT10 as soon as were done out here. He doesn't care about gas milage just wants it cause it is better than the ford lightning and to date nothing faster has been created.

i consider trucks to be more of a utility vehicle. there's really no point in having one if u don't actually use it for something. i just feel like there are so many better/practical options for a daily driver. plus...women in big cars just scare me period. my cars are always low and modified, so i stay far, far away from women drivers.

I use mine pretty frequently for something or another, but I see what you mean. It wasn't practical for me to buy a car with the amount of hunting/fishing/camping/hiking/biking and general outdoorsing I tend to do. Plus, I like being higher than everyone else, people typically stay out of my way.

Having family in Texas, I can sympathize with your fear of driving next to ANYONE down there, let alone a big vehicle.
