    I know...I realized that you were asking about that...I was just pointing out that it can be found through rocket dock, by looking for the link file.

    He seems to be using Objectdock, I know that one enables 2 docks.

    I'm using both objectdock and rocketdock (the top one is objectdock). The start button I believe is package together with objectdock. Just right click on objectdock -----> Add -----> New "Start Menu Launcher". Hope this help.

    I've decided to keep my desktop clutter-free and got rid of rainmeter. Here's the new look. Enjoy .

    There's a start menu docklet for Rocketdock but it doesn't work that great with Vista cause the start menu will always open in its original position unlike that of Objectdock (start menu hovers over the icon ). If you're interested, you can get it from the link below.

    Been messing around with rainmeter trying to make up a config, still learning so just copying bits and changing them around at the moment, but got bored and annoyed that I can't get something to work, so done this is ps lol
