The date isn't always indicative of the most recent driver either.

You must always check the LV2GO forums, they show the newest videodriverupdates there, they messed up the database for drivers on the website a while ago, so best is still to check the forums.

    Latest is 163.74.

First download the driver then download the modded .inf for installing the driver. Unpack the driver then replace the original .inf with the modded .inf you just downloaded, that should do the trick

    Hey flamenko!

I had an issue with desktop heap on Vista. I fixed it and wrote an article about it, and then remembered this thread. Can it be considered as a tweak worth adding?

Read here: FIX: (Vista/XP/Server 2003): Desktop heap exhausted? Windows cannot open a new window, app, tab, menu etc.?

    Cheers, and greetings from Zagreb!

    Ivan

First, thanks for making this very useful thread Flamenko. (rep'd) I'm trying a couple right now and I'm trying to disable the search indexing or whatever but when I hit okay for 'Include subfolders and files' I get an error that says "An error occured in applying attributes to the file: C:\boot\memtest.exe, Access is denied." It gives me the option to Ignore, Ignore All, Try Again (doesn't work), and cancel. What should I do?

You can ignore it and it wont affect the usage of the file. Indexing will still be turned off.

First off, Why do it twice they only get fragmented during the initial instalation.

    Thanks ThomasH,

Schud assisted him through PM. It was a hardware fix, not software.
