        Hey, not sure what you mean here, it spontaneously presses shift while in use? Or when you have OSK up it does it then?

        No while closed and laptop is folded. The On Screen Keyboard shows both shift keys being pressed for 5 seconds stops for 5 seconds and starts doing it again even tho the keyboard is not reachable because the laptop is closed

      Is there anyway to see what the full body Tuxedo Black or Arctic White looks like on the np9377-s compared to the normal color it comes in?

      Should i get the cooper cooling upgrade on the NP9377-S?

      Which cpu would be better for video editing and multi-layer photo editing?

      Hello, I have some question. When does the Batman free gamecode promotion end? Does XoticPC always have free gamecode promotion or it depends on NVIDIA? 1 more question, I live in an apartment so if something is shipped to me, it'll go to the office but one time FedEx went straight to my apartment with my package. I wonder how your shipment will go since I heard it requires signature.

        Gigabyte is good and has good cooling. Its thinner then the GE72. However the one complaint is the noise from the fans. While under load like gaming, the fans do have to spin pretty fast to keep the computer cool. If you want portability over sound then the Gigabyte is good. GE72 if you can get a thicker computer but quieter.

      Hello, we ordered the NP9753 from XoticPC a week ago. But I just received an email saying "Pending parts or item arrival"- what does this mean? I opted for the rush build because we'd need to receive it by June 30th at the latest since it is a gift for me and it is being brought from the US, and his flight is on July the 1st. Just a bit worried.

      Hello I posted in the sager and clevo section about a gpu heatsync screw breaking in my xbracket. I have a p170sma with an 880m. I waited for my new bracket but my original screws do not fit. It also seems the top of my bracket where the sync sits is a bit lower then my original. Would I be able to purchase a new correct bracket but also the mounting hardware from you folks?

      I had a question. Im buying a Sager NP8651 laptop using you guys and i heard that Sager has a horrible customer service reputation but having a middle man like XoticPC or other resellers is beneficial. Im buying an extended warranty for my laptop, 3 years with Sager, and i was wondering that if you guys still act as a middle man in that warranty in case something goes wrong with my laptop.

        Last year they continued their spring sale into the summer and just renamed it. There were no specific student promotions. Those are usually in Aug/Sept when its more of a back to school season.
