        If you bought it from our seller page (we sell those laptops on Amazon) then you can submit a repair request on xoticpc.com/support. However we can only process repairs on systems we sold.

      Hi, I actually ordered a desktop from you guys, placed the order on November 20th, payment cleared on the 27th and went to phase one and then phase 2, but it has been stuck in phase 2 for more than a week (11 days to be exact), my order number is 100047875, I did select rush build when checking out to make the building time shorter, but it doesn't seem to be helping at all

        Yeah, he told me yesterday right after I contacted you that my build is taking more time because I changed some parts after placing the order, but the last change I made was on November 29th, so I don’t see how that would affect the progress of the build as during that time, it wasn’t even on phase 2 yet. But anyway, could you get me an ETA when I might see an update?
