I want to try this the next days. A few Questions:
1. Why do i need to edit Part Number, Serial Number and manufacturer?...
made a few tests with thermal limits and fan profiles too.
profle silent, 74°C limit, ~1620Mhz
profile silent, 80°C...
do you need the performance NOW, then buy NOW.
do you need it LATER then buy LATER ;)
There are not even trustful rumors about an R2 for now.
@Prema I have Thaiphoon Burner, a So DIMM adapter and a PC to flash the dimms. Could you please give us advice, what to change, to get an 2933...
same here...usually 77-80°C at full load (200w Bios,1.5.0, repasted)
1. June Build
2. AUO panel = Gsync works @ 1.5.0
3. CPU @4,7-5.2 depends on...
the curse of early birds :p
No but i would do it too XD
yeah the shared HS is not optimal, thats true. But we can run 4.7ghz i9 9900K and 200W GPU in nearly every game out there... So i dont think that...
The Heatsink itself is ok as it is, not perfect but ok. The bigger problem is the Bios.
- locked down features
- no LLC options
- no voltage...
that is so true XD
we will see ^^ My knowledge about ram oc is mediocre. I have to read a lot until i try to flash my 3800mhz B-Dies :P Don`t...
will try to flash my modules the next days
if i remember corretly the 10th gen CPU have a new socket.
Depends on your usecase.
- Office, browsing, windows tasks - no
- Gaming - maybe (depends on the Game. BFV Hit 130w+ easy, most games use <120w)...
@Korben_Dallas is the cinebench run with realtime priority?
Thats nothing to worry about :) you will never notice the difference between +50 and +150 ingame. Enjoy this GPU XD
