Once more, this problem is very common. Just got cf-19 mk6 dual touch having this problem (same part of the screen) on it's resistive part.

And I've had this problem on MK3-MK6 19's as well. I'm sure MK7 and MK8 are subject to this problem too (later).

19 mk6 and up has sata-2
It's a "great feature" of Windows. You have to search for dppm driver files on your disk. In my case it was just an installer in downloads, really...
