Re: LG P330 review by Natadiem
Thank you guys for your support

I think the nvidia driver is the only thing I will update..
BTW would you recommend a system backup or somth like that when I get the laptop? If yes which tools or apps would you recommend?
The next question will come when im getting an ssd, but this will take a few months so dont worry
Thanks a ton

Re: LG P330 review by Natadiem
Well I really didn't have a choice lol. I was using the driver that came with the laptop, I think it was 275.xx. But Diablo 3 beta won't run on it so I had to install 295.73 and now it runs fine. I guess if you're just watching movies or whatever I don't think newer drivers will make a difference, it's mainly for games.
Convel do you know how to reinstall LG intelligent update tool? Mine isn't working

I haven't had any issues with the bundled LG software I'm afraid. If you want to give reinstalling a try you can find the setup file here. I doubt it's going to do anything for you though since you're having trouble with other LG applications as well. If you check your user account in the windows control panel, does it have admin rights? Do you experience the aforementioned problems in safe mode?

The target field in your shortcut is ""C:\Program Files (x86)\lg_swupdate\autoupdate.exe" giljabi", right? And you have of course tried right clicking and selected Run as Administrator? Perhaps you have a recent system restore point that you could try? What AV are you using? Does the problem disappear if you revert to an older driver?

Re: LG P330 review by Natadiem
Yes tried to run as admin and target field is correct. By AV are you referring to anti-virus software? I'm gonna try the last method, revert back to 275.xx driver and see if thats the problem. But If I have to pick between LG software and Diablo 3...well it's gonna be D3
(cause 275.xx driver wont run d3 for me lol)

Yes, AV=antivirus. I didn't mean that you should revert back to an older driver and stay on that one; the reverting was meant purely for diagnostic reasons. Have you tried safe mode or checked if you have a system restore point not too long before you started having problems?
