Re: LG P330 (i7 + Nvidia 555m!)
The P330 definitely looks good but isn't it a tad on the heavy side? Especially without an optical drive?

Screen resolution is a deal breaker for me, z it is.

Re: LG P330 (i7 + Nvidia 555m!)
I never understood the need for 1080p on a 13" or smaller machine, personally. I like a huge desktop resolution on a big monitor, but not on a tiny screen. 1600x900 is almost overkill imho too. But to each their own.

Re: LG P330 (i7 + Nvidia 555m!)
1080p on my first Z11 was hard to read. Increasing DPI scaling only messed some of my programs up. I loved the 900p screen on my second Z11.
A 900p IPS display would be rockin on this guy

Re: LG P330 (i7 + Nvidia 555m!)
A 900p is perfect for a 13", but even the 720p isn't a dealbreaker on a 13" when it's packing a GPU as good as the nvidia 555m. It's just a shame that I can't wait until september cause I need a laptop before I go to college.

720p is a dealbreaker for me. If it doesn't have 900p, I'm going to have to go with the new Z.

Re: LG P330 (i7 + Nvidia 555m!)
Why not the Sony S? IMHO better machine because it has the dedicated GPU internal, offers 1600x900 screen option, and costs much less than the Z that has the GPU and optical drive in an external dock.
But I'm hoping there will be some affordable base model on special at some point. I'm hoping to replace my M11x at some point, but not willing to pay more than $900.

Re: LG P330 (i7 + Nvidia 555m!)
Maybe their not looking at the SA, because the screen quality isn't as good as the Z and quite possibly the P330's IPS display.
Sony Vaio TT-160N 4gb of ram.
