The P330 speakers are doing an average job I would say. If you stay around the notebook it will be alright but don t expect the notebook to fill your hotel room with music... I think they are at bottom front, because the notebok has a trapeze shape the speakers are not totally under the bottom. Still they are not powerful (weaker than my previous laptop), I am not home so I don t have access to the spec sheets. I will do later (but I don t read Korean).
awesome Natadiem thanks for the reply. I'm coming from a studio xps 1340 which had horrible 2w each speakers which put out horrible volumes.

I was considering the msi x460dx but then i saw that it had 1.5w each speakers.

I'm hoping the lg p330 can put out at least an average notebook volume if so i'm gonna get it for sure.

I would love to see you do a video review or at least just a full regular review of the machine for us

Oh, that wasn't a screenshot from my computer. I simply posted the picture from one of the reviews to answer REMF's question regarding the specific version of the GPU. However, I have sent an email to Ryan confirming that I would like to buy the UE70K from him, so I'll hopefully get one eventually. Thanks for providing useful information regarding this laptop! I'm looking forward to your review as well.

Cool! I really hope that more of us get this lappy soon. I think it s a good idea to get the i7 version.

It cost a lot more but in the end, it s just amazing to have such a powerful cpu and gpu in such a small package. When you realize that the notebook is 300 grams lighter than an m11x!

Another good news is that I didn t have to pay anything to customs when I received this notebook. I usually have to for stuff not available in Japan. The package was so small and light that I though they forgot the lappy. I also have two batteries, so I can make a full 12hours flight of work with the laptop.

I am gathering information at the moment for my review. I would like to pass a few days, because you are always overly optimistic when a new purchase fits your needs. Maybe I will grab another SSD from a friend and test if it s only the Crucial M4 which is not compatible for the moment.

By the way, this is the thread in crucial where I am talking about this issue:
Re: crucial m4 256gb 0009 , bios does not see it. ... - Crucial Community

In the end, I will get the msata 256gb from samsung when it s available in Japan. Then I will add a 512gb SSD in order to complete my mobile gaming/powerstation quest ...for the moment, haha.

Ah yeah, last thing, I finished the D3 beta with the lappy yesterday evening. I tried to gather as many enemies as possible in the same room and I used all the effects I could do with my monk. With everything maximized I noticed zero lag or any problem. On my MBP17 I had to reduce the res, it wasnt possible to get this at native full HD.
You will have the FPS report on my review. I prefer to post all the final results in the same place.

Upgrading to an i7 would diminish the battery life by quite a bit would it not?

Sounds like you have everything under control, Natadiem! I forgot to ask: which case are you using? I'm looking at the Booq Vyper XS3 since I want something that can tolerate pressure but doesn't take a lot of space. It is made for the MBP 13" though, so it might be troublesome becuase of the height. The exterior dimensions of the case are 343x244x40mm, while the MBP measures 325x227x24.1mm. The P330 measures 315.4x216.4x22.1~32mm, so that's 7.9mm thicker at its thickest compared to the MBP.

At the moment I don t have any case sleeve. I have an old booq messenger bag from 5 years ago which was ok for P310, I think it will be no problem with LG P330. I ll check when I am back home.

    LG P330

    M14x

So the differences seem to be the band- and buswidth (128 vs 192), core clock and ROPS?

The 555m in the m14x does seem more powerful, but the portable size of the lg p330 makes me think about selling the m14x..

The LG p330 was announced for january 2012 in germany, so we will see ^^
