    Default T440p / T440 / X240 / L440 / L540 Pictures leaked!

I think its time to start a new thread:

Today pictures of most of the new "New Generation" ThinkPad were found (thanks to bloddy_nokia_adept!), the only ones really missing are T540 and W540. Here are the pictures:

Note that the L540 is the first Lenovo ThinkPad apart from the Edge-Series and the W7xx-Series with a built in numberpad! The chances are high that W540 and T540 also will get one.

    And T540p!

    *sees clickpad on T440*

Seriously, no hate but i'm not a fan of those minimalistic designs on thinkpads They should have left those to the Ideapad line.

These laptops look like G400/Y400s with Thinkpad branding.

Sandy bridge thinkpads, i will miss you.

But i do like the new specs and improved battery life from Haswell, as well as the possible Iris Pro graphics.

I'd really like to know what's under the hood of the T440p that makes it so much thicker than the T440. Lots of good stuff I hope

I think the T440p will be the W540. It used to be like that.

Is it just me, or are Lenovo now taking design cues from HP?

Nahh, the HP still has buttons for their pointing stick.

Wow the T440p is straight up chunky; dual GPU? Ultra-fast PCI SSD? UHD display? AC wifi? I like...maybe. Can't wait for specs/unboxings/reviews to compare them...

...in the meantime, keep the leaks coming!

    I predict this:

    - Up to 32GB RAM DDR3L
    - I7 4700/4800/4900/4930, either MQ or HQ versions, MX for the 4930
    - Nvidia K1000M/K2000M, possibly K3000M
    - 900p/1080p screen, 95% gamut, maybe IPS
    - AC wifi optional
    - M.2 SSD optional

PCI SSD = M.2, already present in both the u3/430 an Y4/510p

Ack... I wish Lenovo would incorporate the larger M.2 cards (80mm +) so there's the option of larger capacities, or at least have the space for double-sided 42mm cards if or when they appear. In addition I've read some rather worrying posts about some YXXXp machines having a different MoBo without an M.2 slot if the machine is not configured with Lenovo's cache drive.
