Default Bezel problems with X230 ?

Hi there. Am in doubt whether to get a loaded X220 or a not so loaded X230. I have read reports that there are bezel problems (bottom of screen) with the IPS screens on X220: As in with average temperature or use in the sun the bezel comes loose from screen itself etc. My query is to the IPS panel X230 owners ... is that still an issue on the X230 ? In Europe when we buy we cannot just send back so if we have a bad issue ... too bad

I wouldn't call it a problem, but the bottom of the bezel on my X230 with IPS is the warmest touchable spot on the system at any point in time. There are spots where the bezel is not firmly attached to screen, but it causes no problems and is barely noticeable. It's still incredibly more sturdy than 90% of all other laptops' screens, and I'm happy about that, not to mention that the screen is pretty great too.
