    No.
When I click on that I only see three buttons for Music, Films, and Games. But I don't have P1, P2 etc.

Just clarifying, if I use Dolby drivers on my x220, will I still be able to use by xTag USB external wireless mic to make audio narration for my Powerpoint slides? I believe it has its own onboard sound. Anyway, if anyone knows, input much appreciated and thanks for the great work on this thread.

I wouldn't bet on it. Anything that is not connected through the internal Conexant or Realtek Audio Card will not work, in other Words, you need to use the Headphone Jack. I'm not sure if USB works with the mic, but I guessing it won't. Dolby should only be an Option if you need the internal Speakers once in a while and want some good Sound from them.

Otherwise, many people will be happier with the original Drivers.

This is the mic I am talking about.

Revolabs - Microphone System ? Voice Capture | Revolabs

When I use it, I connect it to USB and I disable both internal mic and speakers on the laptop. Hope it would work but if not, will have to leave these great drivers off. Thanks again though for help.

The best way to find out is still trying. Let me know if it worked or not!

Thans. It will be several weeks before I receive the laptop and get all set up but will do my best to remember to report back to this thread.

DLed the x64 version but after installation I received the error:

Unable to start the Dolby audio driver. Please restart the computer or reinstall the driver if the problem persists.

Well I restarted, then reinstalled it but the same error results. I disabled and uninstalled the Conexant 20672 SmartAudio HD driver prior to installation and followed the PDF instructions. Tried installing the PCEE driver (DHT and test releases) prior to installing the software but still the same error. Anyone experience this?

edit: as usual, I managed to get it working. I uninstalled everything, restarted the computer, then tried it again. I had to uninstall the Conexant driver since it reinstalled then I installed the PCEE driver on DHT release. I then had to update the drivers through windows, which reinstalled the Conexant drivers. However, this time when I installed the Dolby software, it worked.
