there is one model that is rebrand, however we hope that nvidia is going to put out more of the new 640m/650m/660m (yes all those are the same chip) in the new line up of OEMs

No. It is not. It is a Kepler core. It is a significant improvement over the 540M or other 5xx series GPUs. And, yes, it is significantly more powerful than the HD4000 integrated graphics.

Do you mean the X230 image looks like an X220? If so, I'm sure most were expecting exactly that. Chipset, keyboard, video card and maybe TB were among the expected changes... No major chassis revisions...
