Re: Two x220t x220 Tablet Reviews for the Price of One! (Tsunade Hime & Commander Wolf)
X220 batteries do not work with X220T. I wish Lenovo just had standard batteries across all Thinkpads.
It seems like the X220T battery is sort of molded to be a place to grab the laptop in tablet mode.
As for capacity, the X220T 6 cell has a slightly larger capacity compared to the X220 Vanilla 6 cell, 63 vs 66 Whr, so maybe a bit less than half an hour more internet surfing time assuming X220T power draw is similar to my X220 Vanilla's. The X220T 6 cell has the same capacity as the X201T 8 cell so you aren't losing any battery capacity, just number of cells.

I have been using that Mod in the link at the end of page 1 of this thread, and I highly recommend anyone that has a hard time using the X220/T clickpad to run it. While it won't improve the right/left click nonsense inherent in the clickpad design, it massively improves 2 finger scrolling and scrolling in general. I have yet to test other multitouch gestures, but everyone should definitely give it a try.
Edit: You should have the default Synaptics Driver installed, and you need to disable the default synaptics Multitouch Gestures. The driver runs side by side with the mod.Last edited by fatpolomanjr; 12th February 2012 at 05:01 PM.
