not in the X200 tablet, unless there is some sort of custom softwares.

    X200/s/t doesn't have touchpad.

    I don't have that option...

I need to disable the trackpoint because it is annoying during writing in tablet mode. If I press too hard, the back of the screen touches the trackingpoint and moves the cursor...

This is ridiculous....They made the trackpoint too high!!!!!!! I can control the trackpoint with the screen.

problem solved.... I took the trackpoint out....

You could also look into getting a different style of Trackpoint nub. I believe the 'cat's tongue' one sits a lot lower than the standard 'soft dome' one, and is less prone to movement.

If you still have trouble, put the sensitivity all the way down and put the touch pressure all the way up.

another easy way is to just remove the trackpoint nub before you start using the x200t in the tablet mode, problem fixed.

if I use a flat or smaller trackpoint like this, would they prevent the screen from contacting?

Which trackpoint cap do you have on there currently? In my previous post I mentioned that the cat's tongue one(the smallest, rough-textured one) is probably your best bet. I've got the dome one on my X200 and sometimes see an imprint of it on my display.
