    Default Windows Defender - Win7

Is there a value in enabling Windows Defender when I have McAfee Security Center (Antivirus, Firewall, Anti-Spyware)??

I always turn it off and stop it from turning on with Windows. Of course I don't use virus software either. I find them to be more trouble than they're worth.
