    Default T400 and Windows 7 x64

I looked for the Windows 7 x64 drivers on Lenovo's site but could only find drivers for Vista.

    The drivers I need are:
    Intel 4500MHD
SATA chipset driver - I want to enable ACHI and install the chipset driver during the windows install as well. After installation, I'd like to install the chipset software as well.
Intel 5100 WIFI - This will probably come with a default driver but I'd like to install the latest if available
    Ethernet driver

Should I download from Lenovo or the manufacturer and where exactly would I download these drivers from?

Not everything is there still so you might have to use some vista or generic 7 drivers until it is fully supported.

FWIW, Windows 7 has drivers for all of these out-of-the-box—though the Intel video driver sucks a bit.

I know but I want the latest versions. Should I get the drivers from Lenovo or from the manufacturers directly?

Intel Core i7 for notebooks was announced today and dell has already integrated them into their notebooks.

    When will Lenovo do this?

Switchable graphics driver out on lenovo today. Seems to work pretty well, back to the normal brightness ranges (i.e. can get very dim) and the OSD now works well.

That's the one driver that had really been bothering me. Finally it works! Thanks!
