1-year warranty covers worldwide or US only?
My Z61m (9450-A36) comes with 1-year parts and labor warranty. I'm checking my warranty status online and it says "location: US". Does it mean the warranty covers US only? In other words, I'm on my own if something breaks when I'm out of the US? I called tech support and the guy said my warranty may include international coverage but he was not 100% sure. Any idea? Thanks!

Re: 1-year warranty covers worldwide or US only?
The location in Lenovo warranty web page only states where the laptop was bought.
The only way I've found to find out if I have international warranty was to call Lenovo/IBM and ask them.Last edited by tzachk; 3rd September 2007 at 07:08 AM.
